  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details (where available).

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or orders above a specified purchase value.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared via email or SMS (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned or cancelled.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate before placing your order.

ShopMaBay is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at malay94.patra@gmail.com

  • Clear photographs of the product
  • An uninterrupted unboxing video showing the package being opened

Claims submitted without an uninterrupted unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
