At ShopMaBay, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligible Returns
Returns will only be accepted if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a defective product.
- You received the wrong item.
To process a return request, you must provide a continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video clearly showing:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
- The damage, defect, or incorrect item.
Claims submitted without a continuous unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
Return Process

within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order Number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
- The uninterrupted unboxing video
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the supplier's designated return address and further return instructions.
Please do not send any product to our business address without prior approval. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products returned due to change of mind
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
- Products showing signs of use
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Perishable goods
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials or flammable goods
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product and your return is approved, we will arrange a replacement where available. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received by our supplier and successfully inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If applicable under European Union consumer protection laws, customers may have additional statutory rights, including a 14-day cooling-off period. However, these rights may not apply to certain products or circumstances permitted under applicable law.
